 The Chef

Pastry Chef Courtney Dohman created Sweets by Courtney after graduating with honors from the esteemed French Pastry School located in downtown Chicago, Illinois. She has also gained additional expertise working in the kitchens of American bakery Sensational Bites and Viennese coffeehouse Julius Meinl, both located in the prestigious Lakeview neighborhood on the north side of Chicago. She has also supplied Geja’s Café—consistently ranked as one of Chicago’s most romantic fine dining restaurants—with specialty sweets for their famous chocolate fondue.
